1. Booking Confirmation:
   • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
   • Room allocation will be based on availability at the time of check-in.
2. Check-in / Check-out:
   • We follow a 24-hour check-in/check-out policy.
   • Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed if rooms are available.
3. Payment:
   • Accepted modes: Google Pay, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash.
   • Full payment must be completed at the time of check-in.
4. Guest Responsibility:
   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Arunachalam Homestay is not liable for any loss or damage.
   • Damages to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
5. Smoking & Alcohol:
   • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
   • Alcohol consumption is not allowed in public/common areas.
6. Pets:
   • Pets are not allowed at the property.
7. Right to Admission:
   • Arunachalam Homestay reserves the right to refuse service to any guest found violating the rules.
